I can’t register to your site, what can I do?

Your password needs to be strong, in other words needs to consist of at least 8 characters as a combination of letters, capital letters, numbers and symbols. If this doesn’t help: sometimes your browsers cache settings might cause problems with registering, if that seems to be the case: try emptying your browser’s cache and then try registering to our site.

What do I need in order to watch ELive Stream concerts?

To watch our online concerts you need a computer or a mobile device (eg. phone or tablet) and an internet connection (at least 10mbps). Recommended browsers are Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Check your internet connection speed here.

Can I watch a concert later?

All concerts are available for on-demand viewing 7 days after live broadcast. If a concert is on July 1st, you can view it until July 8th 11:59pm.

What payment methods are available?

We use Bambora payment gateway which offers Finnish bank transfers and credit card payments such as Visa and Mastercard, here’s the a list of payment methods: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Enterpay Company Invoice, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.. Where do I log out?

You can log out at ”My account” page, found on the top menu bar, clicking on the ”log out” link on that page. On ”My account” page you can also change password and view your purchases among other things.

Where can I see which concerts I’ve purchased tickets to?

On ”My account” page you can view all your purchases. Purchased tickets/memberships to concerts can be found by clicking on the ”Orders” link.

The livestream is not playing back smoothly, what can I do?

Sometimes you may be having issues with livestream playback. If your livestream video is not playing back smoothly, the issue is related either to your settings on the video player (found on the right down corner on the player) or to the Internet connection you’re using to watch the livestream. Here’s what you can do: 1) check that your Internet connection is working properly, here’s a connection speed tester. 2) Set your video playback settings on the player to 1080p – not auto! If it still isn’t playing back smoothly, drop the quality to 720p or lower. 3) Refresh the page.

Can I login and watch your concerts on multiple devices at the same time?

You can login with your personal username on 1 device at a time. If you’re already logged in on one device and login to a second device, you will automatically be logged out from the first device. You can use several different devices but only one at a time.

Can I watch ELive Stream concerts on my television?

In most cases this is simple. If both your device and television have hdmi-ports, you can connect your device to your television with an external hdmi cable (high speed, v.1.4 or later recommended) – and playback the livestream video from your computer or mobile device and it will be projected in your television screen. You might be required to get an adapter in order to connect your mobile device to the hdmi cable. Be sure to check that the adapter is suitable for your particular device. Also some televisions word best using the Hdmi(dvi) port when communicating with computers or mobile devices.

What can I do when the video doesn’t work?

Be sure that the video actually is playing back, check the timeline 🙂
If the video is not playing back, there’s a few different things you can try:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check that your internet connection is working and the speed. We recommend a download speed of at least 10mbps.
  3. Try a different browser. We recommend Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Be sure to update your browser and use the latest version if possible.
  4. Quit apps and programs that aren’t necessary at that moment. Disable your browser extensions that could cause issues.
  5. Restart your router and/or modem.
  6. Close other browser pages that aren’t necessary at that moment.
  7. Empty your browsers cache.

Are there any hidden fees when buying tickets?

No, there are no hidden fees. You only need one ticket per livestream concert in order to view the concert of your choice. All livestream concerts are available for viewing for 7 days after live stream brodcast, you only need to buy one ticket and you can watch the concert how many times you like, as long as that particular concert is available for viewing.
